Glenn Reschke has been named chairman, president and CEO of Baltimore-based Prime Retail Inc. His responsibilities include supervising the company's finances and day-to-day operations. Reschke also served as executive vice president of development during Prime Retail's initial public offering in 1994. Prior to the offering, Reschke worked for The Prime Group Inc. (PGI), where he held various upper management positions.
