BUZZ: The Banner Bank Building is Idaho's first multi-tenant office building to obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDS) gold certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council. The rating is based on a point system of the sensible use and conservation of building materials, and energy and utilities.
