Middlesex Warehouse Investors L.P. has begun the first phase of Crossroads Commerce Center in Middlesex, Pa. The development partnership received approval in early August to build a 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse at Crossroads Commerce Center. A 201,600 sq. ft. building also will be built.
Located near Harrisburg, Pa., the development is slated for delivery in January. Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania is leasing the industrial park.
Middlesex Warehouse Investors is a venture between New York-based Equilibrium Equities Inc. and Hanover, Pa.-based Conewago Enterprises Inc.
