WEST PALM BEACH COMMUNITY OFFERS AFFORDABLE, RESORT-STYLE LIVING

The Lakes at Palm Beach, a $300 million 22-acre residential and retail community located minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, offers resort-style residential living. “All the residences will have balconies, several will have large private patios and many will have views of either Lake Mangonia or Clear Lake offering spectacular sunrise vistas,” says developer Jay Enis of SWP Palm Beach LLC.

The development features five mid-rise buildings that will include 670 residences and 20,400 sq. ft. of retail space for lease to provide onsite amenities for future residents. Construction on Phase I, which includes 215 condominiums, 19 townhomes and 6,000 sq. ft. of retail space, will begin in Winter 2006 and is scheduled for completion in Spring 2007.

Monthly payments range from approximately $900 for a one-bedroom unit to just under $2,000 for the largest townhome unit. In addition, the residences come fully furnished, however, purchases receive a choice of décor styles for flooring, window coverings, artwork and other accessories. Purchasers may also obtain a credit against the cost, if they choose unfurnished units.

The community will feature a clock tower, fountains, a waterfront promenade and lighted tennis courts. Amenities include complimentary chauffeur service to downtown West Palm Beach and the Palm Beach International Airport.
