Teradyne takes tech corridor space

Boston-based Teradyne Inc. has leased 232,000 sq. ft. of engineering space at 36 Cabot Road in Woburn, Mass. Boston-based Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the owner, DEK Portfolio LLC, while Boston-based Meredith & GrewoONCOR represented Teradyne.

Located near the intersection of Massachusetts Routes 93 and 128, the entire mixed-use development will serve as expansion space for Teradyne.
