McLean, Va.-based WEST superscript *GROUP has sold The Commons of McLean, a 577-unit garden apartment complex in McLean, Va., for $73 million to Ralph S. Dweck, a local investor. The Greenwich Group International LLC represented the seller in the deal.
The Commons features 549 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and 28 three- and four-bedroom townhomes. Three Fortune 500 companies - Capital One Financial Services, Litton/PRC and MITRE Corp. - either are building or planning corporate headquarters within walking distance of the complex.
