Agree Realty Re-tenants, Sells Remaining Border Assets in Pa., Ohio and Kan.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH.—Agree Realty Corporation has executed two leases and completed a disposition of the company’s assets that were formerly leased to Borders. With these transactions, Agree Realty’s portfolio is 99 percent occupied.

One of the properties, located in Monroeville, Pa. has been leased to HomeGoods, a subsidiary of The TJX Companies Inc.

In addition, Agree Realty has closed on the sale of a 21,000-sq.-ft., single-tenant property formerly leased to Borders that is located in Columbus, Ohio. The property was sold for approximately $1.7 million.

Finally, Agree Realty closed a lease with the City of Lawrence in Lawrence, Kan. at the former Borders location there.
