OAK BROOK, ILL.—Retail Properties of America Inc. (RPAI) has completed multi-year lease extensions among its wholly-owned subsidiaries and Aon Corporation for approximately 819,000 sq. ft. in Lincolnshire.
John Nugent of CBRE represented the tenant in the transactions. RPAI was self represented.
“These leases represent the successful renewal of our largest tenant in the non-core portfolio,” said Shane Garrison, executive vice president and chief operating officer for RPAI.
Aon Corporation is a global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services. The company employs more than 61,000 people worldwide and has clients in more than 120 countries.
