Astro Plastic Container Purchases Industrial Property in Bolingbrook, Ill.

BOLINGBROOK, ILL.—Astro Plastic Container has purchased a 145,000-sq.-ft. industrial property located at 903 Carlow Drive in Bolingbrook.

Jeff Galante of Lee & Associates Chicago represented the landlord, IDI. Jeff Locascio of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
