Community Development Inc. Recognized as Top Workplace of 2012

GOLDEN VALLEY, MINN.—Community Development Inc. (CDI), an Associa company, has been named to the Top Workplaces list for 2012 by the Star Tribune. The company, a full-service property management company serving the greater Twin Cities region, was listed at the 32nd top workplace in the state.

The Star Tribune honors the top workplaces in Minnesota annually. Employees rank their workplaces based on leadership, benefits and the company’s strategic direction.

CDI offers its employees paid, on-the-job training; the opportunity for promotion from within; limited portfolios for managers to prevent burnout; flexible work schedules; and a casual, comfortable work environment.
