NORTHBROOK, IL—Data Max Services has leased 24,000 sq. ft. here at 720 Landwehr in the Sky Harbor technology park.
The company, a reseller of point of sale equipment such as cash registers, inventory scanning devices and scales, is relocating its office from Glenview, Ill. Data Max is leasing the space within a 66,912-sq.-ft. industrial building here. The brick building, owned by First Industrial, was built at the entrance to the park in 1978 and expanded in 1993.
Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, senior vice president and Brad Weiner, vice president with Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide represented the building owner in the transaction. Ryan Bain with CBRE worked on behalf of the tenant.
