Dock Street Apartments Breaks Ground Sept. 19

MINNEAPOLIS—On Wednesday, Sept. 19 the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT), Hines and members of the Minneapolis Building and Construction Trades Council will break ground on Dock Street Apartments, a multifamily complex in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis located at 333 North Washington Ave. N.

Upon completion, the planned six-story complex will contain residential and retail space. The project includes 185 market-priced rental units, 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space and a two-level parking garage with 190 spaces.

The project is part of a larger development for the area called North Loop Green. Future phases of residential, retail and office developments are also planned.
