Dykema Gossett To Move First Office into Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS—Dykema Gossett has signed a lease for its first offices in Minneapolis, to locate on the 40th floor of Wells Fargo Center.

The company has agreed to fill 6,100 sq. ft. at the 1.2-million-sq.-ft. tower. “Establishing a presence in Minneapolis is a natural extension of our firm strategy to build our national platform,” said Joe Roach, Dykema’s office managing member in Minneapolis. “We think Dykema’s sophisticated practices, efficient approach and commitment to client service enable the firm to drive exceptional value to clients.”

The 57-story office building is 98 percent leased. Hines developed, manages and leases the building, which was designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates. Ryan Tibbits with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. General Property Manager Amy Wimmer represented Hines.
