Jones Lang LaSalle Wins Exclusive Marketing Assignment for INTECH Park

INDIANAPOLIS—Jones Lang LaSalle has been named exclusive marketing agent for a 50-acre parcel of land in INTECH Park, a master planned office and research park in Indianapolis.

The property will be represented by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jack Hogan, senior vice president; John Robinson, executive vice president; Adam Broderick, vice president; and John Roberson, vice president.

Established in 1999 and being built in stages, INTECH Park is a 210-acre development that includes nine office buildings totalling 900,000 sq. ft. of space, three hotels, a Kinder Care day care center, restaurants and other businesses. The park, the largest office development in Indiana, is located along a redesigned interchange at 71s t Street, allowing easy access to I-465 and I-65.

The 50-acre parcel assigned to Jones Lang LaSalle is in Phase II of the development and can include as much as 600,000 sq. ft. of office space.

The overall development is expected to include 2.5 million sq. ft. of office space, as well as hotel and retail space, when completed. The development, owned by BMO Harris Bank, is located in close proximity to Indianapolis' central business district, as well as the Indianapolis International Airport.

Amenities at the office park include waterscapes and nature trails.
