WOODRIDGE, ILL.—Morgan/Harbour has completed a 16,439-sq.-ft. build-out and 9,623-sq.-ft. design-build expansion for Midtronics at 7133 Monroe Street in Willowbrook, Ill.
Morgan/Harbour’s construction team included Vice President of Construction Ben Warriner, Project Manager Bob Papineau and Project Superintendent Keith Zagroba.
Located in the southwest suburb of Chicago, Midtronics, which is headquartered at 7000 Monroe Street, purchased the facility to expand its operations. Construction included updates to the existing warehouse and the build-out of an additional 9,623 sq. ft. of office space. The offices now feature an open layout, private conference rooms, product lab, reception and IT room.
Ware Malcomb provided architectural services, which included the use of a custom curved millwork display, complex soffits, suspended ceilings and multiple floor finishes.
