Occidental Breaks Ground on 60,000-Sq.-Ft. Office Complex in Wichita

WICHITA, KAN.—Occidental Management Inc. has broken ground to start the first Class A office development in northeast Wichita since 2008, The Offices at Cranbrook.

The eight-acre property is more than 50 percent pre-leased with tenants that include specialty medical practices, banking and financial services. Plans for the development include four buildings of Class A space. The buildings are planned in two phases.

The Office at Cranbrook will have buildings able to accommodate professional offices ranging from 1,500 to 8,000 sq. ft. of space.
