Paine/Westzel/TCN Handles Unused Crossroads Sale

ROCHELLE, IL—Rochelle JV LLC has sold the 127-acre planned Crossroads Commerce Center to a private investor for an unannounced sum.

The property is at Interstate 88 and Main Street here, divided by the expressway. The rail-served site is zoned for industrial use and Foreign Trade Zone status. The property has been for sale for a number of years. The plans for the planned park are unclear.

Elise Couston, executive vice president along with William Kerrins, senior vice president with Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Rochelle JV LLC, in the transaction. Jim Planey with Lee & Associates, along with Josh Waddel with MGW, worked on behalf of the buyer.
