CHICAGO—Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCIAA) has signed a long-term lease to occupy two floors totaling 40,000 sq. ft. of the President’s Plaza Complex at 8700 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago.
Lee & Associates’ C.J. Kuehl, principal, Ellen Steinbrecher, principal, and Amanda Seward, associate, negotiated the $12 million lease on behalf of the tenant. The landlord, Glenstar Properties, was represented in-house by David Trumpy.
President’s Plaza is a Class A office complex located in close proximity to O’Hare Airport and within walking distance to the train, offering underground parking, a 16,000-sq.-ft. fitness center, adjacent Renaissance Hotel with various retail centers and conferencing facilities.
PCIAA will occupy the eighth and 12th floors at the property.
