CRYSTAL LAKE, ILL.—Principle Construction Corp. has completed an expansion and renovation of Men’s Wearhouse at 4777 Northwest Highway within Rose Plaza in Crystal Lake, Ill.
Craig Slinker served as senior project manager for Principle Construction Corp. while Soos & Associates Inc. provided architectural services.
Principle Construction Corp. was selected by Location Finders International for the project, which included a 1,000-sq.-ft. expansion and remodeling of space for U.S. Cellular. In addition, existing walls were demolished, as was existing millwork. Ceilings were repaired and flooring was replaced, while rewiring and interior finishes were updated.
“Completing this improvement during off hours as well as strategically phasing many elements of the project was of paramount importance so as to minimize the inconvenience to the retail operations,” said Mark E. Augustyn, chief operating officer of Principle Construction Corp.
