Retail at Stadium Village Flats Reaches 100 Percent Occupancy

MINNEAPOLIS—Stadium Village Flats, a mixed-use property located in Stadium Village, has reached 100 percent occupancy in its retail space with three recent leases. The committed retail tenants at this apartment and retail complex, nearby the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus, are CVS, Noodles & Company and Dino’s Gyros.

CVS will occupy approximately 14,800 sq. ft. and is scheduled to open in August.

Noodles & Company is relocating from its current location in Stadium Village to occupy 2,350 sq. ft. Noodles & Company plans to open at its new location by late August.

Dino’s Gyros, which has a long-standing partnership with the University of Minnesota serving food at various events, will occupy approximately 2,000 sq. ft. at Stadium Village Flats. It’s the first location for the eatery at the University of Minnesota.

Since the groundbreaking last May, Stadium Village Flats is on track for an August delivery. Residential space is nearly 100 percent leased.

Totaling six stories, Stadium Village Flats includes 120 units for student housing. Amenities at the property include a theater and movie room, fitness studio, study areas and lounge. Situated at the intersection of Ontario Street and Washington Avenue, residents of Stadium Village Flats will have direct access to the planned Central Corridor Light Rail station.
