Hong Kong-based Great Eagle Holdings has paid $179 million for 123 Mission St., the latest example of Asian money pouring into San Francisco. The off-market deal was executed by Great Eagle Holdings' San Ramon-based subsidiary Pacific Eagle Holdings, which also owns 353 Sacramento St. The price for the 29-story, 345,000 square foot property was approximately $516 a square foot.
