Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Eileen Carey to Managing Director

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has named Eileen Carey managing director of corporate occupier and investor services at the firm. The promotion is Carey’s fourth since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997.

A 30-year real estate veteran, Carey collaborates with portfolio managers at the company to develop integrated solutions that address property management, project management, agency leasing, office services and additional consulting needs.

“Eileen has instilled in her team a culture of honesty, integrity and proprietary treatment of clients’ investments,” said Gualberto (Gil) Medina, Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey executive managing director. “Her executive leadership and management style promotes teamwork, fosters staff development, and ensures that the clients’ short- and long-term goals are met and exceeded. Simply put, she is a great asset for our firm and our clients. Her promotion is well deserved.”

Carey is LEED EB accredited, a member of BOMA and a certified BOMA real property administrator.
