RUTHERFORD, NJ—Massey Knakal Realty Services has named David A. Simon executive managing director of the company’s New Jersey office. In this role, Simon will oversee the day-to-day operations, recruiting and expansion of the company’s service lines throughout the state, which include investment sales, retail leasing and financing.

Simon has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously, he has served as COO for Colliers Houston & Co. and managing principal for Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey office. He has also served as executive vice president and managing director for Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc., where he was responsible for managing and overseeing the firm’s office, industrial, land and investment divisions.
Simon began his career as a salesperson/broker and was a principal at Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey.
