CanCan Development LLC will build CanCan Casino Resort and French Village, a $450 million mixed-use center in the City of D’Iberville, Miss. The project will include a 60,000-square-foot casino, 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 550 hotel rooms and a freestanding wedding chapel. The development is expected to create 2,000 jobs and generate more than $260 million in gross revenue annually.

“We expect this project to serve as a catalyst for the revitalization of the D’Iberville-Biloxi area and the entire Gulf Coast region,” said George Toth, president and CEO of CanCan Development. “The mix of unique entertainment, hospitality and cultural offerings will draw tourists from across the country and the world, adding to the city’s tax base and providing significant indirect revenues to businesses in the region.”
