CHICAGO –CBRE announced Paul Diederich has been promoted to First Vice President within the Tenant Representation Group.
Mr. Diederich joined CBRE in early 2009. He specializes in advising clients in on real estate transactions in suburban Chicago as well as nationally and globally for multi-market clients.
Throughout his nearly 5-year tenure with the firm, Mr. Diederich has acted as leader on multiple engagements, facilitating complex real estate deals in excess of 1.1 million square feet. Paul has had the pleasure of advising great companies such as Fifth Third Bank, The Carlyle Group, Power Construction, Altria Group, Levi Strauss & Co., MultiPlan and American Auto Guardian.
