NEW JERSEY—DMR Architects has completed architectural design and construction administration services for the new, 13,000-sq.-ft. Municipal Court and Parking Authority building located at 4225 Bergen Turnpike in North Bergen. In total, the project consisted of a $4 million renovation to the two-story building.
Previously, the property was used as a TD Bank branch. Upon being snapped up by the township, DMR worked closely with leaders to develop a plan that would renovate the space to fit the needs of the North Bergen Municipal Court.
