NEW JERSEY—Cushman & Wakefield has named Carrie Neigel as sales associate based in the company’s Morristown location.
In this role, Neigel will specialize in office leasing for tenants and landlords throughout New Jersey with a focus in the Princeton market.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Neigel served as leasing director for Boston Properties. Neigel also previously served as a lease analyst in the portfolio lease services group of CBRE, where she handled the management of lease documents for the global portfolios of Alcatel-Lucent and Avaya.
Neigel earned a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. She is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.
