NEW JERSEY—CBRE’s Greg Barkan and Donald Sperling, both senior vice presidents, along with Robert Norton, senior associate, have brokered two leases at One Meadowlands Plaza in East Rutherford on behalf of the landlord, KBS Capital Advisors.
The first lease was for Ameream Management, the retail management group aiming to open American Dream in the Meadowlands, which leased 4,004 sq. ft. at the site.
The second lease was for DBR 360, a computer design business, which took 2,828 sq. ft. at the property.
Metropolitan Center is a 422,000-sq.-ft., Class A property that offers amenities including covered parking, cafeteria, fitness center, on-site dry cleaning and shuttle bus service to Secaucus Junction.
The property is LEED Gold and Energy Star certified and overlooks the MetLife Stadium.
