Century Capital Partners Closes Apartment Building Loan in East Orange

NEW JERSEY–Century Capital Partners LLC made a loan on a 16-unit apartment building located at 39 North Burnett Street in East Orange.

“We went out to take a look at the property, made the decision to invest, got the attorneys involved and closed in six days,” explained David A. Hecht, president of Century Capital Partners LLC.

The 18,400-sq.-ft. building is currently under renovation and expected to reopen to residents before year’s end. Comprised of eight, three-bedroom units and eight, two-bedroom units, the building is convenient to Main Street shopping, the local high school, and the East Orange Brick Church Train Station.
