NEW JERSEY—Minneapolis-based The Opus Group has completed construction of a new, 250,000-sq.-ft. corporate headquarters campus for Church and Dwight Co. Inc. in Ewing Township near Princeton, N.J. Construction began in late 2011.

Owned by Founders Properties LLC, the campus includes two, 125,000-sq.-ft. class A, energy-efficient office buildings. The two-building headquarters centralizes employees previously housed in four separate buildings.

Founded in 1846, Church and Dwight Co. manufactures and markets a wide range of personal care, household and specialty products, under the Arm & Hammer brand name and other trademarks.

“We’re pleased to have a new home that allows us to consolidate our growing operations in New Jersey,” said James R. Craigie, chairman and CEO of Church and Dwight Co. “The Opus Group and Founders Properties have created a state-of-the-art campus that will serve our employees, company and community for years to come.”
