Church and Dwight Gets New HQ Space in Ewing Township

NEW JERSEY—Minneapolis-based The Opus Group has completed construction of a new, 250,000-sq.-ft. corporate headquarters campus for Church and Dwight Co. Inc. in Ewing Township near Princeton, N.J. Construction began in late 2011.

Owned by Founders Properties LLC, the campus includes two, 125,000-sq.-ft. class A, energy-efficient office buildings. The two-building headquarters centralizes employees previously housed in four separate buildings.

Founded in 1846, Church and Dwight Co. manufactures and markets a wide range of personal care, household and specialty products, under the Arm & Hammer brand name and other trademarks.

Craigie, chairman and CEO of Church and Dwight Co. “The Opus Group and Founders Properties have created a state-of-the-art campus that will serve our employees, company and community for years to come.”
