NEW JERSEY—Colonial Village Professional Office Park and Shopping Center in Edison has welcomed new tenants to its space. The new tenants include Dr. Yvonne Nelson, SLiQ Information Technologies and Dr. Sheldon Waltuch.
Dr. Yvonne Nelson leased 1,000 sq. ft. for internal medicine. The lease was arranged with Weiss Realty’s Matthew Weiss in cooperation with Paul Salvesen of American Property.
SLiQ Technologies, an IT software company, leased 640 sq. ft. of office space to use for employee training and information sharing.
Dr. Sheldon Waltuch signed a long-term lease renewal of 1,838 sq. ft. for his orthodontic practice.
These lease signings bring Colonial Village to 97 percent occupancy.
Located on the corning of Lincoln Highway/Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison, Colonial Village Professional Office Park and Shopping Center is a mixed-use development comprised for 20,000 sq. ft. of retail, dining and office space. The center includes five buildings situated on six acres and is equipped with 400 parking spaces. Other tenants at the development include Starbucks, Loucas Italian restaurant and Bernstein’s Fine Women’s Fashions among others.
