Country Club Services Acquires 35 East Willow Street in Millburn

NEW JERSEY—Country Club Services has purchased 35 East Willow Street, a 5,800-sq.-ft. office building in Millburn, N.J. from an undisclosed seller. Transwestern’s New Jersey office brokered the sale with the company’s Rick Rizzuto, VP, representing the seller, while Matt McDonough, managing director, represented the buyer.

Built in 1969, 35 East Willow Street is a one-story property situated in the Short Hills/Millburn submarket.

Country Club Services is a New Jersey-based parking and transportation firm that handles special event parking demands for clients.
