NEW JERSEY—NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, presented Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Whitmer with its 2012 Developing Leaders Award.
Whitmer is a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield’s metropolitan area capital markets group. Part of a 13-member team, he is responsible for managing, underwriting and marketing investment properties for sale and arranging joint ventures in the suburban markets surrounding New York City.
Geared for professionals age 35 and younger, the Developing Leaders program provides networking, industry insight and career development tools.
