Cushman & Wakefield Tapped to Market Morris Corporate Center IV Phase

NEW JERSEY—MetLife has secured Cushman & Wakefield to market and lease Morris Corporate Center IV Phase II, an interconnected, two-building, 350,000-sq.-ft., class-A office complex in Parsippany, N.J. The Cushman & Wakefield team leading the assignment includes Ken Flynn, Jr., Bill Brown and Jason Tenenbaum of the firm’s Morristown office.

“We are pleased to be collaborating with Cushman & Wakefield on a significant capital improvement and leasing enhancement program, which will begin immediately,” said Robert Merck, global head of MetLife Real Estate Investors.

The program includes common area upgrades, as well as improvements to the cafeteria and fitness center and the main and side lobbies.

Constructed in 1999, Morris Corporate Center IV Phase II is located at 369 and 379 Interpace Parkway. The complex is Energy Star rated and consists of two, five-story buildings that provide access to Interstates 80 and 287.
