NEW JERSEY—Matawan, N.J.-based Denholtz Associates has tapped Hawley Realty Inc., based in Allentown, Pa., to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for two flex-industrial buildings totaling 162,300 sq. ft. of space in Allentown.
Amy L. Hawley, president and broker of record, and Paul F. Weiss, VP and senior associate broker, will serve as the leasing agents for 969 Postal Road in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park and 7036 Snowdrift Road in the Iron Run Industrial Park.
