SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ—Organic food distributor Dora’s Naturals has added 34,249 sq. ft. of space to its existing Bergen County headquarters at 21-23 Empire Boulevard in South Hackensack, N.J. Located in the Meadowlands submarket, the industrial property is part of a warehousing and distribution complex owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Dora’s Naturals will now occupy the entire 75,571 sq. ft. at the property.
“Dora’s Naturals has grown substantially since becoming a tenant at this property in 2002,” said Frank C. Pratt, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing. “The company recently added new product lines to its business, and this expansion was made in response to their future growth strategy. It is a testament to the long-term relationships we maintain with all of our tenants.”
In the space, Dora’s Naturals has easy access to the cities it serves throughout the metropolitan area and the property is near Routes 17, 46 and 80, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Port of New York and New Jersey and Teterboro Airport.
