Eastern Consolidated Tapped to Market Two NJ Multifamily Properties for Sale

NEW JERSEY—Eastern Consolidated has been exclusively retained by a New Jersey-based owner/manager to sell two multifamily rental properties at 6008 Hudson Ave. in West New York and 422-430 68th Street in Guttenberg. The properties are being offered for $22.5 million.

Eastern Consolidated Senior Director Deborah Gutoff and Director George F. Moss, along with Vice Chairman Brian Ezratty, are promoting the sale of the two class A multifamily buildings, which can be purchased individually or together.

The first property, Eden Residences in West New York, includes 36 units, while the second property, 68 West in Guttenberg, also includes 36 units. Both properties offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

The properties offer fitness centers, granite countertops, elevators, stainless steel appliances and covered parking. Apartments range from 752 sq. ft. to 1,478 sq. ft. of space. In addition, both properties are within walking distance to public transportation.
