WAYNE, N.J.—Fameco Real Estate L.P. recently closed two leases at Plaza Square. Fameco’s Steven Winters and Tyler Bennett have spearheaded the leasing efforts at Plaza Square.
The new leases with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and C2 Education bring Plaza Square to 98 percent occupancy. The 103,000-sq.-ft. Center is located in Wayne, N.J. along Hamburg Turnpike, one of the major retail corridors in the Wayne trade area.
Owned by Regency Centers, Plaza Square is anchored by ShopRite, Bank of America, Dollar Power, Bensi Italian Restaurant and Wendy’s.
