FJH Whitehall Acquires 500 Mount Pleasant Ave. in Dover for $2.6M

NEW JERSEYFJH Whitehall LLC has paid $2.6 million to Plaza K Realty-Dover LLC for the acquisition of 500 Mount Pleasant Ave. in Dover, N.J., a 14,000-sq.-ft. retail building that recently opened as a new Lazy Boy Furniture Store.

The Goldstein Group’s Mark Handwerker was responsible for the transaction.

Located in close proximity to the Rockaway Mall, 500 Mount Pleasant Ave. is near other retailers, including ShopRite, Costco, Home Depot, Target, Petsmart, DSW Shoe and more.

“We are delighted to have represented the sale of this well-located retail property near Route 80 and assist the new ownership in its plans for opening a Lazy Boy Furniture Store at this location,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of the Goldstein Group. “Its strategic location is in the heart of the county’s retail regional marketplace.”
