Four-story Hoboken Property Sells for $2.2M

NEW JERSEY—A four-story, mixed-use property located at 1100 Washington Street in Hoboken, N.J. has sold for $2.2 million. Massey Knakal’s Kobi Leifer, director of sales, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Jean Jacques DuBane of Robert DeRuggiero Inc. Realtors.

Situated at the corner of Washington and Eleventh Streets, the property contains approximately 5,482 sq. ft. of space. The building’s ground floor space is currently occupied by a wine store. The second, third, fourth and fifth floors each contain two one-bedroom apartments.

The property is in close proximity to Elysian Park and the waterfront and is a 15-minute commute to Manhattan.
