NEW JERSEY—Gan Aviv Nursery LLC has signed a 10,520-sq.-ft. lease at 16-00 Pollitt Drive, an 87,022-sq.-ft. office/flex property in Fair Lawn, N.J. It will be the second New Jersey location for the daycare center.
NAI James E. Hanson SVP Kenneth Lundberg and Associate VP Darren M. Lizzack represented the property’s landlord, Pollitt Drive Ventures, in the transaction.
Constructed in 1955, 16-00 Pollitt Drive was recently acquired by Pollitt Drive Ventures. The new ownership has upgraded the building, which includes two tailgate loading docks and a 22-ft. clear ceiling. The new ownership also installed a new roof and a new parking lot.
Currently 88 percent leased, the property is located off of Route 208.
