Gebroe-Hammer Arranges Three Multifamily Transactions Totaling $5.8M

NEW JERSEY—Livingston-based Gebroe-Hammer Associates has arranged three multifamily transactions worth more than $5.8 million. The transactions included 116 units in Union and Hudson Counties in New Jersey and Delaware County in Pennsylvania. Gebroe-Hammer was the exclusive broker in each transaction.

In New Jersey, Sales Associate Stephen Tragash represented the seller and identified the buyer in the $1.85 million trade of 37 units in Elizabeth. Located on Walnut Street, near the Mary Street intersection, the two-and-a-half story garden-apartment building includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts and is within walking distance of Jefferson Park. According to Tragash, the buyer has plans to renovate the property.

Also in New Jersey, Nicholas Nicolaou, sales associate, arranged the $1.15 million sale of 15 units at 105 Tonnele Avenue in Jersey City. This three-story all-brick building includes one-bedroom units and is located nearby the Journal Square Station and Newark Avenue.

In Ridley Park, Pa., Executive Vice President Joseph Brecher and Sales Associate Eli Kessler arranged the $2.825 million sale of the 64-unit Ridley Manor Apartments. Located at 100 Morton Avenue, the four-story Tudor-style brick building is comprised of a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Property highlights include a landscaped courtyard, as well as limestone arched doorways and custom windows.
