Gebroe-Hammer Orchestrates Three Multifamily Trades in Philadelphia Region

NEW JERSEY—Livingston, N.J.-based Gebroe-Hammer Associates has completed three separate multifamily trades in the Philadelphia, Pa. region totaling more than $8.6 million.

These transactions include:

• The $5.8 million sale of 96 garden apartment units at Liberty Crossing, located at 3101 and 3201 Woodhaven Road in the northeast section of Philadelphia. Managing Director Joseph Brecher and SVP Eli Rosen closed the sale of the six, three-story buildings, which contain a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 870 sq. ft.

• The $2.3 million sale of Cresheim Valley Apartments, a mid-rise building located in Philadelphia’s West Mt. Airy neighborhood. Rosen also arranged the sale of the property, which is stands four stories tall and includes a mix of spacious two- and three-bedroom units offering more than 1,100 sq. ft.

• The $735,000 trade of 42 two-bedroom units at Aspen Village, located at 732-772 North 49th St. in the Mill Creek section of West Philadelphia near University City. Rosen completed this transaction, as well, for the property, which consists of three two-story brick buildings.
