Goldsten Group Leases 18,200 SF to Tile Shop

LIVINGSTON, NJ—The Goldstein Group has leased 18,200 sq. ft. at 612 Route 10 West at Okner Parkway in Livingston, N.J. to the Tile Shop, a leading specialty retailer of manufactured and natural stone tiles, setting and maintenance materials, and related accessories. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Livingston 10 Investors LLC.

This 18,200-sq.-ft. freestanding retail building, sits on 2.2 acres of land and affords abundant parking. The site is strategically located at the intersection of Route 10 and Okner Parkway. Retailers in the area include Home Depot, Toys R Us, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Friday’s, Thomasville Furniture as well as numerous national, regional and local tenants.

“We are delighted to have found a suitable location for this national retail tenant, in their newest Northern New Jersey store,” Goldstein Group President Chuck Lanyard said in a statement. “The property is well-suited in the lucrative Route 10 Livingston/East Hanover trade area which offers strong demographics and great visibility.”
