Hartfield, Titus & Donnelly Renew, Expand Lease at 111 Town Square in Jersey City

NEW JERSEY—Hartfield, Titus & Donnelly LLC has renewed its long-term lease at 111 Town Square in the Newport Office Center in Jersey City. Peter E. Sabesan, principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance arranged the lease for the firm.

The firm, which has been located in the building for more than 20 years, will be relocating from 9,000 sq. ft. on the 14th floor to a 15,000-sq.-ft. space on the 15th floor.

Occupancy of the new office is currently scheduled for December 2012.
