NEW JERSEY—No Body Denied, a health club and personal training studio, has signed a 10,000-sq.-ft. lease at the Shops on the Green in Morristown, N.J., where it will occupy space on the lower level of 40 Park. Other tenants at the property include Roots Steak House, Starbucks, Urban Table, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Powerflow Yoga, among others.
The Shops on The Green includes 66,000 sq. ft. of class A retail space that anchors the 76-unit 40 Park luxury condominium building and the 130-unit Metropolitan at 40 Park rental building.
The 40 Park mixed-use development is part of a larger $300 million-plus redevelopment effort Roseland and Woodmont Properties have spearheaded in downtown Morristown. Comprised of nearly 500 new residences and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space, the larger redevelopment project is in close proximity to public transportation.
