Hebrew Academy of Morris County Expands with Purchase of 4-Acre Parcel

NEW JERSEY—The Hebrew Academy of Morris County has purchased four acres of land at Block 44, lots 26 and 27 off Dover Chester Road in Randolph. NAI Hanson Senior Vice President Thomas W. Ryan and Vice President Sig Schorr represented the buyer, negotiating the sale with a residential developer.

The land parcel purchase will be used by The Hebrew Academy of Morris County for its future development. The school is a Jewish Day School that educates children through eighth grade.

"We will now have the flexibility to build a new and expanded school that will meet the needs of our community for the next 40 to 50 years," said Steven Levy, treasurer of The Hebrew Academy of Morris County’s board of trustees.
