HomeGoods Settles in at Edgewater Harbor with 24,000-Sq.-Ft. Lease

NEW JERSEY—HomeGoods has leased 24,000 sq. ft. at Edgewater Harbor, a mixed-use waterfront redevelopment on River Road in Edgewater. The company will serve as the anchor of the 100,000-sq.-ft. retail component of the development.

Levin Management serves as exclusive retail leasing agent for the property; Jake Frantzman represented Levin in the long-term lease. Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty represented HomeGoods in its lease at Edgewater Harbor.

A project of National RE/sources, Edgewater Harbor is situation on a 21-acre former Unilever R&D campus. Other tenants at the complex include CVS Pharmacy, Moe's Southwest Grill, AT&T, Beach Bum Tanning and more.

A new town hall for the Borough of Edgewater recently commenced operations on the site as well.

At build-out, Edgewater Harbor will include 480 loft and townhouse residences and a 1,900-ft. river walk along the Hudson.

The first of two residential buildings is nearing completion and features ground-level retail space along the project’s Main Street. HomeGoods was the first tenant committed to that portion of the project.

Edgewater Harbor ’s retail component serves a population of 900,000 within a three-mile radius.
