NEW JERSEY—HomeGoods, a subsidiary of TJX Cos., has signed a 24,000-sq.-ft. lease at Edgewater Harbor. Levin Management serves as exclusive retail leasing agent for the property and the company’s Jake Frantzman, leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease. Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty represented HomeGoods in the transaction.

HomeGoods’ new store will anchor the 100,000-sq.-ft. retail component of the mixed-use development in Edgewater, N.J.

Edgewater Harbor is situated on the 21-acre former Unilever R&D campus. At build-out, the complex will include 480 loft and apartment residences and a 1,900-ft. river walk along the Hudson. The property’s first two residential buildings feature ground-level retail space along the project’s Main Street.

Other retail tenants at Edgewater Harbor include CVS Pharmacy, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Beach Bum Tanning.
