Jarmel Kizel Provides Design Services for a New Verizon Wireless Retail Store in Brick, N.J.

NEW JERSEY—Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers Inc., based in Livingston, N.J., has been retained by Edgewood Properties to provide architecture design and engineering services for a new 3,500-sq.-ft. Verizon Wireless retail store in Brick.

The new Verizon store is a freestanding building being developed by Edgewood Properties. Jarmel Kizel is providing services for the design of the building’s core and shell, along with tenant fit-up services for the tenant.

Services being provided for this project, which is being led by Matthew B. Jarmel, principal of Jarmel Kizel, include schematic design, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering construction documents, along with construction contract administration.
